More than 150 Lebanon Valley College student-athletes have been named to the Middle Atlantic Conference's (MAC) Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll, emphasizing the Flying Dutchmen's commitment to classroom success.

Loyola University Maryland has announced the members of its spring 2017 Dean's List. In order to qualify for the Dean's List at Loyola, a student must achieve a minimum QPA of at least 3.500 for the term, provided that, in the term they have successfully completed courses totaling a minimum of 15 credits.

Degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

Assumption College has announced that 535 students have been named to the College's prestigious undergraduate Dean's List for the spring 2017 semester.

A total of 11,101 students enrolled during the 2017 spring semester at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

The University of Alabama awarded approximately 5,000 degrees during spring commencement May 5-7. Lebanon Valley College celebrated its 147th Commencement on Saturday, May 14 with 476 students receiving their degrees in Sorrentino Gymnasium. The 369 graduating seniors were joined by 37 doctor of physical therapy candidates, and 70 master's degree candidates.

The Mount St. Mary's University Men's Rugby team is making a return trip to the conference's final four tournament on April 30.

Mount St. Mary's University Men's Rugby won the National Small College Rugby championship on May 1 after a tight match up against the Claremont Colleges during the finals of the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) National Championship Tournament. The Mount secured the title with a try in the final minute of the 26 to 19 win.
